No JOB DESCRIPTION Select Water Solutions' Facility Manager is responsible for safely and efficiently conducting the daily shop assignments; including the repair, maintenance, serviceability, and record keeping of equipment and vehicles as assigned.
This position will work closely with each Shop Foreman in communicating equipment condition, repair status and equipment maintenance scheduling to endure the safe and reliable operation of Select Water Solutions assets.
The position will also ensure all Fleet staff under his/her supervision is working in compliance with the Select Fleet Strategies Manual.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to Timely communication with Shop Foreman, Regional Fleet Manager, Operations Managers, Vendors, and other supervisors as required.
Immediate correction of unsafe conditions as discovered or directed.
Immediate reporting of safety violations and concerns to Operations Management and Regional Fleet Management.
To participate in all Safety and PPE requirements To participate in the safe use of all tools, equipment and materials by all staff.
Inspect, document, and report the condition of every asset as assigned.
The completion of work orders, repair estimates, repair approvals, purchase orders, and DOT inspections of every asset as assigned.
The diagnosis, evaluation and recommendation of repairs on all equipment as assigned.
The safe, clean, and professional appearance and operation of assigned shop and related yard areas as assigned.
Secure the inventory of equipment, materials, parts and tools.
Compliance with laws, regulations and Select policies.
Respond to after-hours calls as needed.
Perform special assignments as directed.

2-3 years management experience leading shop employees.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to identify dangerous conditions and act accordingly.

Demonstrated high values and integrity.
Demonstrated knowledge of heavy equipment, oilfield equipment and vehicles.

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, Overtime when required.

Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
Ability to individually lift:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
